Pam Davis is the Associate Broker/Manager for the Backyard Realty Group, LLC’s Real Estate Division.

Pam personally and professionally strives to provide high quality, exceptional, personable and professional real estate services for all of Backyard Realty Group’s clients, customers and real estate team. She has over eleven (11) years of combined real estate experiences; including buying/selling real estate, mortgages, insurance, and community association management.

Raised in New England by her late-father, a former Commercial and Residential Developer/Contractor, she naturally grew up with a strong passion for real estate.

Pam was born and raised in Massachusetts and moved to the Northeast Metro Atlanta/Gwinnett County area with her two (2) children in 1998. In 2010 she remarried and relocated to Cobb County. She currently resides in Acworth, GA with her new husband and now four (4) children! She is a dedicated wife, mother, and Backyard Realty Group team member.

She is a strong, firm believer in education and attends a variety of real estate classes every year that are approved by the GA Real Estate Commission (GREC) in order to stay current with real estate changes and to continuously grow as a professional; classes are provided by other Real Estate professionals, lawyers, and the various Associations that she is a member of in the industry.

Jen & Jason started their real estate team, The Closers, in 2009 to work together to assist buyers & sellers with their real estate needs. Jen enjoys working on the marketing and advertising for the team and the properties that they are listing and Jason enjoys working with buyers. They are experienced in working with first time homebuyers, sellers in Cobb, Cherokee & Paulding counties, short sales, foreclosures, etc. They look forward to working with you!

Zack Beavers

Zack has lived in the Atlanta area for more than 6 years. Currently he resides in Hiram with his wife, Amber, and son, Blake. Zack currently serves on the HOA Board where he lives which gives him an additional understanding of the importance of a community manager. He also has an extensive construction background which gives him a better understanding for maintaining communities.

Chasity Nicole Trotter (“Nicole”)

Nicole first discovered her passion for real estate in 2007 while working as a leasing consultant at an apartment complex here in Georgia. She began working for Backyard Realty Group in 2011 in the Rental Division as the property manager assistant. Here in the near future, Nicole looks forward to obtaining her real estate license and continuing to assist Backyard Realty Group in their growth and development. Nicole is very excited to see what her future holds in the Real Estate Industry!

Aimee Hogland

Aimee has been with BRG/TCM since June 2010. Originally from Alabama, she moved to Georgia 4 years ago after finishing her Bachelors at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Aimee is very socialable and an active individual outside of the office. She usually spends her free time volunteering, hanging from a rock face, camping, hiking or conquering a 5 mile bike trail. Aimee is also currently studying for her GRE and hopes to have her master’s degree within the next 3 years.

Jennifer Schingeck (“Jen”)

Jen Schingeck holds a B.S. Degree from Kennesaw State University in Human Services. Jen has worked in the sales and management industry for several years prior to working at Backyard Realty Group in 2008 where her passion for Real Estate began. While advertising our rental properties to find prospective tenants her passion grew and she decided that she wanted to become a Real Estate Agent.

Since then, Jen has obtained her Real Estate License and is the senior property manager for the rental division at Backyard Realty Group. Jen & Jason also have a real estate team – The Closers
Jen plans to continue to grow the Rental Division here at Backyard Realty Group for many years to come. In the near future, she will be starting the Georgia Broker’s Course to receive her Broker’s License. Jen would also like to obtain her Residential Management Professional from NARPM© which she will continue to work on over the next couple of years.

Jen relocated to the Kennesaw/Marietta area 5 years ago and loves the NW Atlanta. As a Michigan native, she is happy to be away from the snow and cold winters! In her free time Jen enjoys cooking, baking, scrapbooking, and spending time with family & friends!

Jayme Kinsey

Jayme has been working for BRG/TCM since early 2008. Jayme is primarily responsible for all property closings and/or re-sales, association billing and accounts receivables. She also works closely with the community managers assisting with their daily tasks, manages financial only communities and works with the TCM Homeowner website.

In college, Jayme specialized in accounting but also took other general business classes. She has also previously held accounting positions for both a restaurant and a construction company.

Jayme was born in New York and was raised in Central Florida. She moved to North Georgia with her family in 2001. She has two children who are both attending elementary school here.

Mike Tolley

Michael Tolley served in the United States Navy for 21 years and during that time he bought properties, renovated and upgraded them and then rented the homes out. Through this process, his passion for real estate began. After retiring from the Navy in 2003 Mike Tolley started Backyard Realty Group, LLC a full-service real estate company. Due to moving a lot with the Navy Mike soon learned what agents should NOT do and he has made sure to employ and teach agents to be the best that they can be! Mike not only runs Backyard Realty Group & Tolley Community Management but also manages communities as well as works as an active agent.

Cynthia Ann Tolley

Cindy assumes responsibilities of CFO as partnership in the Company, accountable for accounting operations and overseeing the accounting department, rental department and the financial operation of the company. She has more than 15 years experience in finance, specializing in secondary finance (credit risk clients). Prior to this she worked in credit and collections for a major automotive finance company.

She attended Saint Leo University receiving her Bachelors Degree in Business Management and plans to continue her education and complete a Master’s Degree.

Cindy is married to Mike Tolley founder and CEO of Backyard Realty Group DBA Tolley Community Management. Together they have two sons Jason & Brian. Jason is a part of the company and very dedicated to his positions to ensure the company’s success. Their younger son Brain is enlisted in the US Navy and everyone of course is very proud of his service and wishes him the best. She is dedicated to her family and the company and will continue to support the company’s needs by providing the personal services that BRG & TCM is known for (Strength with a personal touch) as their motto states.
