What is an ACC Request?

An ACC Request is a request to make changes to an exterior structure on your home. Many homeowner associations require an approval to make exterior changes on your home to make sure that the changes will flow within the association. As a rule of thumb, don’t change anything on the outside of your home before getting approval because it could lead to a fine or you having to remove the change. Exterior changes include but are not limited to: house color, major landscaping changes, roof color, fences, etc.

Some associations have certain guidelines and forms that must be completed before an exterior change can be approved.
