Before working with a real estate Agent, you should know that the duties of the agent depend on whom the agent represents. When you are ready, I will prepare a contract for you and negotiate it in your best interest. After a contract is agreed upon between you and the seller, I will accompany you through inspections, mortgage appraisals and, finally, closing. I will be available to help you on every step along the way.
